When you have been taught your whole life to be strong, never show weakness and carry everything alone, you slowly lose touch with yourself. This 8-session group is for men who want to take off the “iron man” mask, get to know their feelings and build a more genuine connection with themselves and others.

Together we will explore:

• being real instead of the “iron man” mask
• understanding and expressing emotions
• personal boundaries
• the inner critic and the pressure to be strong
• relationships and closeness
• brotherhood without masks

Meetings take place every Tuesday from 18:00 to 21:00 in a cosy, safe space made for growth. The group has no more than 8 men.

Price: €150 for 8 sessions (payable in 2 instalments of €75). The group starts on August 4. Places are limited.
