  • Yes. Even if other family members or your partner aren't ready to join right now, individual work can help you understand the situation better and find constructive solutions.

  • Yes. People come not only during hard times. Consultations can help strengthen relationships, understand yourself better, build parenting skills or make important life decisions.

  • It depends on the complexity of the situation and your needs. Sometimes one or a few consultations are enough; sometimes longer collaboration is helpful.

  • Yes. When working with children we always consider the family context. Depending on the situation, help may be offered to the child, the parents or the whole family.

  • In the first meeting we discuss your situation, expectations and goals, and agree on possible next steps and the form of collaboration.

  • In mediation the parties make the decisions themselves. The legal force of the agreements depends on their nature and the chosen way of formalising them.

  • That's completely normal. You don't need to prepare in advance or be able to explain everything clearly. What matters most is coming with whatever feels important to you right now.
